It is very important to properly measure your pet to ensure an accurate fit. Different manufacturers and designers vary greatly in their sizing for their products. Each manufacturer or designer have their own sizing guides so be sure to match the size of your pet to the specific sizing guide of the manufacturer. In our experience, it is not accurate to rely on breed or weight size guides. Dogs come in different sizes, shapes, and weights and relying on these guides are the least accurate method for determining the best fit. Keep in mind that it is always best to go one size up if on the border between two sizes. We have the size lists in both inches and centimeters for your convenience.

If you do not see a size that will fit your pet, we do make custom sizes for certain products. If custom sizes are available for a design, there will be an option for “custom” and details for customization. To Measure for Apparel and Collars
***Before you start measuring, if you don't have a sewing tape measure, use a piece of string. Then measure the string with a yard stick.
Complete the following measurements on your diva pet at least twice to confirm:
1. NECK: Size of your pooch’s neck around the top of the shoulders
2. CHEST: Length in between the two front legs
3. GIRTH: Size of your pooch's chest around the broadest part of the chest or ribcage, typically right behind the front legs, sometimes referred to as the girth.
4. BACK: Length from the base of your pet's neck (where the collar rests) to the base of the tail (where the tail begins). This measurement is best taken when your pet is standing straight and not laying or sitting.
To Measure for Basking Hats, Visors, & Caps
Remember to complete the following measurements on your diva pet twice to confirm and to first use a string to measure if you do not have a sewing measuring tape.
Measure the space on top of the head between the ears (from base of the ear to the other base of the ear.)
Measuring for Boots made for Walking:
To measure for booties, you need to measure the width span of the paw. Please perform these measurements twice to confirm size. We’ve included an illustration below. Chart is in inches.
