WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICY
By applying to become, or becoming a wholesale customer of Poochi Couture, LLC, Buyer agrees to the following terms & conditions:
- Applications for wholesale accounts are accepted at the discretion and terms of Poochi Couture. Buyer will be notified of the status of your application in a prompt manner.
- Poochi Couture ® reserves the right to reject any applications or orders in its discretion.
- Buyer must possess a Resale ID or Business Tax ID Number.
- Poochi Couture ® items shall not be offered for sale in any other third-party websites, including bidding or auction style websites.
- In the event of purchase of a customized product, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Most products at Poochi Couture ® are in stock. If a product is out-of-stock, we will back order and ship immediately upon availability. In such cases, backorders will be indicated on your invoice.
- Damaged products will be replaced or a credit issued. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery should you receive damaged merchandise in order to obtain a replacement or credit.
- Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
- We accept payment only through credit cards or payments through Pay Pal. Japan, Hong Kong & China retailers have an additional local option of wire transfer, bank transfer, or bank payment. Please inquire.
- Poochi Couture ® offers wholesale and drop shipping services and pricing with different terms respectively.
- All wholesale orders are subject to a first order minimum of $250. All subsequent wholesale orders are subject to a $150 minimum.
- Wholesale orders under $150 will treated as a drop ship order with drop shipping prices applied.
