Poochi Couture respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to make your shopping experience the very best! We do not share your information with anyone else. Your payment information is processed through secure servers and your privacy is protected.
Payment Policy
Poochi Couture securely accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Pay Pal and e-checks through Pay Pal. Sales tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of Delaware.
Custom Orders
All custom handmade items are non-refundable and will take longer to ship as these items are not in stock and made to order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to arrange the return and to give you store credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. All returned orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, items must be returned within 14 days in the original packing and unused with the original tags. We advise you to use a reliable shipping company as are not responsible for any returned packages lost in transit or damaged during shipment back to us. Please note that you are responsible for shipping & handling charges when returning to Poochi Couture.
To make a return or exchange to Poochi Couture:
1. Send us an email with the following information at support@poochicouture.com
Name, Address, Order #, Product Name and details (size and color/pattern if applicable), and reason for your return or exchange.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) via e-mail.
3. Please clearly mark the box with your RMA# and pack all materials along with your packing receipt.

Important Notice about Returns: Please note that we cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 14 days of receipt, has been used, or is not in its original and new condition and packaging. Upon receipt, Poochi Couture will inspect the merchandise to determine whether or not the merchandise meets the return policy guidelines. If all guidelines for returns or exchanges are not met, the merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that is caused by your pet. We apologize that we cannot accept any returns on custom orders, sale items, perishable items, grooming items, toys, items sent back to us after 14 days, or any returns sent COD.
Exchanges & Incorrect Sizing
Poochi Couture allows only one exchange per item so we strongly encourage you to accurately measure your dog and choose the correct size. Each additional exchange thereafter will incur a restocking fee of 15% in addition to shipping and handling charges. We have a detailed sizing chart and instructions on how to measure your dog. Please read our Sizing Guide below on how to properly measure your pet and choose the correct sizing.
Damaged Items & Lost Packages
We at Poochi Couture inspect and pack everything ourselves to ensure that you receive a good product. If your Poochi Couture purchase is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly send you an exchange.
If your package does not arrive upon the estimated arrival time after notification of shipment (approximately 1-15 days after the item has been shipped), you must contact Poochi Couture within 30 days after notification of shipment. Poochi Couture will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.
Gift Certificates
Poochi Couture does offer Gift Certificates. We offer Gift Certificates for any cash amount you wish and they are redeemable at any time. We offer digital Gift Certificates via e-mail or we can send the certificate through the mail.
Wholesale
Poochi Couture offers its signature designs for wholesale. You must be a registered business with a tax ID number or resale number in order to qualify for a wholesale account. To apply, please fill out an application on the Wholesale section of the site.
